1. How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. What conditions must the product meet?

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.

3. Do you accept returns for international orders?

Only if the item received is damaged or completely different from what was ordered.

4. Who pays the return shipping cost?

You pay: Size issues, change of mind.

We pay: Damaged, defective, incorrect products.

5. How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 5–7 business days after quality inspection. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

6. Are COD orders refundable?

COD orders are refunded via store credit only.
