1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items with damages caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

  • Damaged or defective products caused during manufacturing or transit.
  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or style).
  • Size-related issues (customer preference or incorrect sizing).

2. International Orders

We accept returns for international orders only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received a product that is completely incorrect (wrong item).

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Pays: Shipping for exchanges due to size issues or change of mind.
  • Still Bee Pays: Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after verification.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and passing quality inspection. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Refund Process for COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on any future purchases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, intimate wear.
  • Clearance or final sale products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
